The 8th World Congress of the Society will take place from July 17 – 21, 2028 at Stony Brook University. The World Congress takes place every four years, alternating continents as much as possible, and constitutes the most important gathering for game theorists. It includes keynotes and contributions and awards the Kalai prize to the selected paper at the interface of game theory and computer science in the last decade. The 8th World Congress will include a commemorative session to mark the 30th anniversary of the Game Theory Society.
We encourage you to become a member or renew your membership through our new membership system. Members participate in the election of the Council of the Society: they propose candidates and vote. Elected council members become fellows upon their retirement from the council. Any member can propose announcements on the Society Website. The membership is for four years and allows you to participate in the World Congress.
We look forward to meeting you at the Congress, and hopefully before as well.
